Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 12 hours of booking may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on materials already procured.
Same-day cancellations, last-minute changes, or location issues caused by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
If Floroon cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
